Repurposed Doorway
When @annieswanhome remodeled her bathroom, she combined two spaces, leaving her with an unneeded doorway. Instead of covering the door opening with drywall, she solved two problems by converting the space into storage!
Recessing glass shelves within the old doorway preserved precious floor space. She surrounded the area with an ornate silver frame for a custom, glamorous finishing touch.
Cubby Shelf
When cabinet storage is limited or nonexistent, utilize your blank wall space instead. That’s what @theorderlylifestyle did with this cute cubby shelf in her small bathroom. (Here’s a similar shelf.)
The cubbies look great and keep daily essentials separated, well-organized and easily accessible. If you have the wall space, hang two or three of these shelves for even more storage potential.
Over-Toilet Cabinet
Over-the-toilet cabinets are a great solution when bathroom storage is lacking, but many aren’t sturdy and look cheap and cluttered. That’s why we love this solid wood, over-the-toilet cabinet with doors.
You can hide messy bathroom essentials inside the cabinet, and keep more decorative items on the open shelf. It’s sturdy, durable and enhances your bathroom decor.

Behind-the-Door Organizer
Use this idea from @drivenbydecor and clear off your bathroom vanity for good!
This clever behind-the-door organizer attaches to the hinges and creates a huge amount of storage space. And unlike other over-the-door organizers with open shelves, this one closes against the door, enclosing the contents inside and keeping your bathroom free of visual clutter.
Wall Organizer
No drawer space? No problem. This handy bathroom wall organizer keeps all your small essentials within reach without requiring any drawer or countertop space.
It features a storage tray on top, hanging toothbrush holders, two small drawers and even an automatic toothpaste dispenser.

Shower Shelves
A shower caddy over the showerhead can be messy and cumbersome. Instead, opt for these shower shelves. They’ve gone viral on TikTok thanks to their super strong, water-resistant adhesive strips that hold up to 40 pounds!
Store your bottled shower products and use the hooks for sponges and razors. Installation is easy, too, as demonstrated here by @mary_skinner.

Pedestal Sink Cabinet
Pedestal sinks fit well in small bathrooms but generally lack storage. Steal this idea from @ferrarirari and go with a pedestal sink cabinet. Affordable and easy to install, it’s shaped to fit around the base of your sink. Now you can add much-needed storage to your tiny bathroom without replacing your sink — a smart solution for renters.
Medicine Cabinet
In a tiny bathroom, everything you install must be multi-functional. So instead of a simple wall mirror, choose a medicine cabinet with lots of storage. This mid-century style medicine cabinet features exposed shelves next to the mirror as well as hidden storage behind it.
Slim Cabinet
A slim storage cabinet can tuck into an unused corner or nook, transforming skimpy square footage into precious storage space. The four roomy drawers hold essentials like toiletries, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Plus, use the top for displaying jewelry or an acrylic makeup organizer.
